Had a very wonderful experience at MBR last year, 2020. The staffs were very responsive and friendly, despite the pandemic for covid-19 and circuit breaker period. The first impression of the boss is fierce, but during my photoshoot, the impression totally changed. He is a very friendly and nice person actually. He communicates and jokes around with all his customers. I will definitely recommend them to my friends who are getting married. 👍

Went to few places, decided to sign with them, and had no regrets due to the following:

1. The co-ordinator and gown designer is very friendly and comfortable to be around, not as pushy like the others, the difference is that, you can sense their sincerity. While the others, they can be really pushy and you can sense that they just want your business.

2. She is reasonable and accommodating and can offer you best customisable package and she has great fashion sense, the gowns she design are very elegant yet fashionable. she did not get upset even though I have been changing my minds and gowns at the last minute. She is also very willing to go the extra mile to help with your every need and request.

To Sam, Ginny, Yao Dong, May and all other MBR crew. Just want to say a very big thank you for all the help and advice rendered to Piere and myself. Ginny was professional and never failed to help us by answering all our queries, besides taking charge of the planning and coordination she also put herself in our situation to advise what is good and necessary for our ideal wedding. Her gowns have won many praises which is why we chose MBR as our preferred choice and hand over our lifetime important event to their custody. Secondly, I would like to thanks Sam and Yao Dong for the prewed shoot and actual day photography.We were indeed pleased by the final photographs produced by the team.Thanks Sam aka the boss for giving us such good deals and making sure our photograph is up to his standard before handing and presenting to us. Lastly, thank you May, for creating such elegant make up and hairdo for the prewed actual day and accommodating to all my requests for the mothers and sisters. Overall, our experience with MBR was awesome and we highly recommend to couples who are planning their magical wedding in time to come.

Had a fantastic experience with MBR and they make my wedding planning so much easier as they guided us thru the whole process and taking care of every little details. Every time we were there we felt like family , all the staffs are so professional and approachable. Thumbs Up for helping us!

Excellent customer service by both grace and jia wen for ensuring our wedding tml a smooth one! Despite the hazy, jia wen still stay outdoor to tie and ensure the car is properly tied nicely! Great job and strongly recommended!!

We found them through BOWS and were drawn by MBR bridal photos that were hung on their booth and unlike other booths, they were sincere, friendly and not persistent.We signed up for the overseas PWS with them and we would like to thank Sam for his professionalism and endless photos till he got the right shot, Ginny who helped to pick the right gowns for my body shape and Jia Wen, who did my make up and hair do. Though JW was young, I must say that she has the right attitude and receptive to changes and I was very satisfied with the make up and hairdo.To the other team members, whom though we did not interact with much, everyone displayed a friendly and homely attitude towards us.We are grateful for such lovely photos and never regretted engaging them for our pws.

Heartfelt thanks to these important people in My Bridal Room that made my wedding journey a tad easier along the way! Uncle Sam - Thank you for helping me and Brendan took so many wonderful photos in Korea, we will safekeep them forever in our lives. 还有，记得笑多点！Jia Wen - Sweet lady that has been super helpful throughout our entire journey. She had to face all my anxieties along the way so 真的辛苦你了 我有看到你为我做的 谢谢你哦！Ginny - This lady is not just a designer but she’s a designer that thinks for the customers. She sees what you like and she suggests to you accordingly. 虽然我常常和你斗嘴可是你会想我的! thanks for always keeping a lookout on the gowns i might like, 真的谢了Auntie! Auntie - 谢谢你每次我去试礼服的时候都逗我笑，My Bridal Room 有你他们幸福了！还有谢谢你把礼服都修的刚好让我婚礼的时候都穿的美美的！Once again, thank you My Bridal Room.
